It doesn’t make sense for Google to buy Twitter.  While it might be a great micro-blogging platform, it doesn’t bring much to the table. Not the way blogger did, which was a reasonable acquisition at the time.  It may be that Google pwns Twitter , but Google generally sucks at social media.
